The initial assessment includes the following:

• 1-hour face to face assessment with a therapist
• 1 hour collaborative NDIS documentation activation
• Includes travel costs
• If more than 5 hours of support work is required each week, an additional establishment fee of $654.70 will apply

Why do we charge an initial assessment fee?

Most providers don't put much resources into finding good quality support. That's why we send one of our therapists to meet you to understand your individual needs. You'll also meet one of our experienced support workers that act as mentors for your team of support workers.

What the differance between an initial assessment and an establishment fee?

As per the NDIS price guide, and additional establishment fee is claimable by a provider who assists a participant with the implementation of their NDIS Plan, who has made an agreement with the participant to supply a minimum of 20 hours per month for three or more consecutive months.
