Our Team Leader coordinate a team of local support workers to ensure we deliver high-quality support to our members. Their role includes training new support workers, communicating with the members in their areas, providing weekly training, and sharing information with out therapists.
Core to Ascend’s unparalleled standards of service is a commitment to employ only university students dedicated to studying health therapies as disability support workers/carers. Our experienced Team Leader support these dedicated young students to bring a higher standard of care for people with disabilities.
I am currently in my 2nd year of studying Physiotherapy at the University of Notre Dame. I enjoy being active and spending time outdoors, including doing Pilates, running, and going for walks along the foreshore with my Border Collie. I have experience tutoring primary school and high school students, teaching toddler gym classes, and working as a Sports Trainer for a premier league Hockey team.

Your support services are designed to address your unique goals and want you to feel comfortable with your ongoing support needs. We arrange an initial meet-and-greet between all our new clients and potential students until you find the right support worker for you.
