Our team leaders coordinate the support workers that operate throughout Perth, Adelaide, and the Sunshine Coast. They have a diverse range of tasks, including training draftees (new support workers), problem-solving, checking feedback on progress notes, communicating with support workers, providing  training, and reporting any feedback, complaints and any changes within the company to their teams.
